Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. Here's everything you need to know about our refund process.

Digital Product Policy

Due to the nature of digital products, all purchases of Pawfect Match upgrades (including "Remove Ads" at $1.99 and character unlocks at $0.99) are generally final once the purchase has been completed and the feature has been activated.

Refunds may be considered under these circumstances:

  • Duplicate charges made in error
  • Technical failure preventing feature activation that cannot be resolved within 48 hours
  • Unauthorized transaction (with proof)

cancelNon-Eligible Refunds

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Browser cache cleared (removes local save data)
  • Requests submitted more than 7 days after purchase

scheduleTime Limit

All refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the original purchase date. Requests submitted after this period will not be considered.

Approved refunds will be credited back to the original payment method via Stripe within 5–10 business days. You will receive an email confirmation once processed.
